One of the most common mistakes I see students make in their golf swing is pulling down and in with the arms in transition in order to generate speed. I often refer to this as a death move. This move feels powerful, unfortunately it only causes you to lose speed and become very inconsistent with your impact. By learning how the arms should work in transition, you'll start swinging faster, hitting the ball longer and straighter and shooting better scores.
In the short video below, you'll see what should be happening in the golf swing and a very common error that I see a lot of amateurs make. Work on this move for just a couple minutes and you'll see your scores drop quickly and your ball striking improve dramatically.
